These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DevOpt Labs website, including any content, research materials, and white papers made available on it (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Informational Purpose
Content on this Site — including descriptions of AERO, benchmark results, and downloadable research materials — is provided for general informational purposes about DevOpt Labs and its products. It does not constitute a binding offer, and availability of any product or feature described here may change without notice.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and downloadable documents, are owned by DevOpt Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws, including pending patents and trade secrets referenced in our published materials. You may view and download materials for personal, non-commercial informational use, but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our prior written consent.
4. Performance Disclaimers
Benchmark figures, efficiency multiples, and other performance statistics presented on this Site are derived from internal DevOpt Labs research (including tests on 1.36B-parameter SwiGLU models against well-tuned AdamW baselines) and reflect the specific conditions under which they were measured. They are not a guarantee of performance in any particular deployment, hardware configuration, or workload.
5. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party sources, such as published research or industry benchmarks, for context. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party sites.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
